I have known Trey for many years and, when I thought I could use the help of a Physical Therapist, he was my first call. We had been trying to get an overnight pass for the Enchantments for years. When we finally won one through the lottery, I knew my knees needed work. They had become quite painful over the last ten years when doing any downhill hiking. Over a four-month period, Trey helped me get in much better condition for the difficult backpacking trip. He is knowledgeable, kind, and a patient tutor. We had a fantastic trip through some of the most beautiful backcountry in North America. I don’t believe that I would have been ready to do the trip without the expert training that Trey gave me. I highly recommend Trey Nichols and Northwest Mobile PT!

My experience with Northwest Mobile Physical Therapy Specialists has completely exceeded my expectations. I went in looking to find ways to reduce some chronic pain that had stopped me from working out the way I used to. Trey was so thorough that he was able to pinpoint a couple of areas to work on and within days I saw improvement. Thanks to his help I was able to complete a sprint triathlon and a multi-day backpacking trip, activities I hadn’t done in almost a decade. On top of my chronic pain, he was also able to fix a bout of vertigo that came on out of the blue. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

As a 64-year-old female with osteoporosis who just finished the Spider Gap Loop in the Glacier Peak Wilderness, which included climbing of over 9000 vertical feet and ascending and descending a steep glacier, I have one person to thank for my ability to finish this wonderful journey strongly and without injury, and that is Trey. Having asked Trey to help me prepare for backpacking, he immediately targeted the muscles and the balance needed by backpackers but always gave me exercises within my ability, with options to challenge myself more if my abilities improved. In the last ten years, I have been to at least six different physical therapists for various injuries, so I don’t write this recommendation lightly. Trey did not waste my time with needless exercises to string me along and keep me as a client. He judged my abilities immediately, watched as I performed exercises and calculated the best plan for me. He is kind, respectful and caring. I highly recommend this fine professional.

In preparing for a big climb (Mt. Kilimanjaro) I saw Trey at Northwest Mobile Physical Therapy for issues with my IT band, plantar fascitis, and overall flexibility issues. Trey worked with me for a couple months and my plantar fascitis was gone, I was flexible enough to touch the ground (which I had never been able to do in my life), and my previous IT band pain was non-existent when descending down from a 19,344 ft climb. I have Trey to thank for helping me reach a goal, pain-free. Trey is very personable, listened to my issues, and put together a great plan for me. I would highly recommend Northwest Mobile Physical Therapy.
