Whether you’re in the squat rack or not, your ability to squat matters! It matters for your functional mobility - getting in and out of your car, up and down from the toilet, in and out of bed. You squat all day long!
If you’re having trouble in the squat rack, this workshop will definitely help you!
It also matters for back pain and hip pain and knee pain. The better you can squat, the better your back and hips and knees feel!
