I went to see Trey because I couldn’t reach my hands above my head without pain shooting down my leg. I workout 5-6 times per week so this was a major disruption in my fitness goals. Within the first week Trey had my body moving with less pain and over the next few weeks we saw a huge improvement. Fast forward two and a half months and I just competed in my first Spartan Race. I completed 18/19 obstacles and finished without pain. It was a great feeling and Trey had a huge part in getting me ready and able to compete. We reached our goal, on to the next race! Thanks Trey!

I was a pretty good marathoner for about 6 years. I ran Boston in 2018, and then ran into a bad stretch of injury luck. Mostly hips and pelvis and the usual stuff that plagues male runners in their 40s. I would PT and rest and restart. And every time I ended up back on the bench. So I decide to try Trey’s Run READY program and prepare for a race that was slow and long, in the hopes that my body would strengthen and recover and I could get back to running fast someday. Trey helped me get strong enough to put in 26 weeks training for my first ever 100K race, which I completed last month! I’m healthy and strong for the first time in years. I cannot recommend Trey and his Run READY program highly enough!

I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option! I was having issues with my hamstring, and I had a Half Ironman scheduled and knew I needed help to get through it. I am happy to report that I was able to get through the race! Beyond what I would expect and so grateful for the extra care received.
