They are a true partnership with you and your recovery! Trey takes the time with you, working together to build you back to strength. Amber checks in on you after and inbetween appointments to see how you are doing. I enjoyed working with Trey as we came up with solutions to make me stronger again!

I had shoulder replacement surgery for my dominant arm. My goal with P.T. was to be able to swim, kayak, paddle board and maybe play pickleball again with a reasonable amount of mobility and without pain. Trey helped me achieve those goals with his ability to tailor workouts specific to those goals and tweaking with modifications when necessary. Now I have a wide variety of exercises to do for continued stretching and strengthening of the joint. In short, Trey knows his stuff and is great to work with!

I had to quit playing pickleball early one day because of severe pain in my elbow. (The pain had been there the week before, but not that severe.) I stopped by NW Movement Co and talked to Trey. He listened closely and was confident he could help. I thought great couple weeks or more of P.T. Not the case at all. He spent the next hour working with me and the severe pain went from a solid 8 down to a 3. He gave me a few things to work on and said to keep playing. That was 2 weeks ago and I’m playing with little or no pain now. Thank you Trey!
